Every teacher has their own unique way and there are many different &#8216;Styles&#8217; of Yoga, so the chances are if you have tried Yoga and not fallen in love with it yet , then you simply need to try another style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">During my 34 years as a Fitness Professional I have invested a lot of time and money in continuing my education in all things related to health &amp; fitness and have studied and trained with some great coaches including Dax Moy, Cameron Shane &amp; Cherry Baker . <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">I have also attended numerous workshops and seminars with some renowned teachers including Mark Freeth, John Scott, Howard Napper, Phil Richards, Jon Le-Tocq, Brian Grasso and Carrie Campbell , to name but a few.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">I have learnt a lot from all of these amazing people and include what I learn\u00a0in my classes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u200bI often get asked &#8216;What kind of Yoga do I teach ? &#8216; &#8230;the simple answer is a fusion of many.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Over the years I have studied several &#8216;Styles of Yoga&#8217; including basic Hatha\/ Iyengar \/ Budokon and Ashtanga\u00a0 and incorporate all these styles into my classes.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">As well as getting a Yoga class\u00a0with traditional poses and breathing work , I also include a lot of other\u00a0areas in my sessions\u00a0such as:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Corrective Exercises, <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Functional Movement<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Sensory System exercises, <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Pelvic Floor health <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Bone density \/ Osteoporosis prevention<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Developmental movements, <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Mindset advice and many other bits of information which I find fascinating and potentially beneficial to us all. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u200bHowever &#8230;what I DON&#8217;T include in my classes is the more traditional elements associated with Yoga&#8230;..I don&#8217;t use Sanskrit terms when I explain poses , but instead \u00a0try to keep it simple and anatomical&#8230;We don&#8217;t &#8216;Chant&#8217;\u00a0 or &#8216;Om&#8217; during classes &#8230;.We don&#8217;t include traditional Meditation &#8230;However we do include deep relaxation and breathing work , something I consider very important . I&#8217;m not against these other elements of Yoga &#8230;its simply not for everyone&#8217;s liking and so I leave it out of my classes.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Therefore I hope that by attending my classes you will not only be getting a great workout , but also learning a lot about how to create a healthier lifestyle for yourself .<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not All Yoga is the same .
