Adele is a friendly and relaxed person who is easy to get along with.  She gave me one-to-one yoga tuition at my house, which was so convenient for me.  She is a great motivator, which I desperately need to get me to do any sort of exercise.  Adele explains clearly how yoga can improve  overall health, and demonstrated for me a range of yoga moves from easy to more difficult, that I could work up to in my own time, allowing me to video her doing the moves so that I would remember how to do them.  She is extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of health aspects, and has taught me so much about how my body works and how I should look after it.  Adele provides me with clearly written directions, which enables me to do the yoga moves properly and I am reaping the benefits.  Thank you Adele!!

 ''Adele runs a yoga class straight after our work on a Thursday and I’ve been attending for two years. I had heard yoga was good for those with bad backs, but I was terrified of starting as mine was so painful, but yoga has made a massive difference to me and helped my back enormously. Adele knows everything about how our bodies work and explains everything clearly, she doesn’t just tell us to do this or that; she appreciates we are sitting over a computer all day and specifically hones her class to deal with any specific areas that need attention and ensures we are equipped with exercises to do at work and home to keep fit and healthy. Adele plans her classes well and no two classes are the same and to my absolute amazement, she still manages to introduce something new and different each week, in addition to the core exercises. I also love that Adele tailors classes to suit her group in respect of age or ability.
