My name is Adele James and I'm genuinely fascinated by all things related to Health, Fitness and Wellness.
I have been teaching fitness in various forms , since I was 19 years old [ I am now 48 ]
I discovered Yoga 23 years ago whilst I was living in Tempe, Arizona and there I studied it for 18 months before returning to the UK and taking my Hatha Yoga Teachers diploma.
I really do believe Yoga is the ultimate 'Tool ' in the quest for achieving a Healthy & Fit mind and body and it is the perfect compliment to all other forms of Fitness and training .
