My name is Adele James and I’m genuinely fascinated by all things related to Health, Fitness and Wellbeing.
I have been teaching fitness in various forms , since I was 19 years old [ I am 52 this year ]
I discovered Yoga 26 years ago whilst I was living in Tempe, Arizona and it was there that I studied it daily for 18 months before returning to the UK and taking my Hatha Yoga Teachers diploma.
I really do believe Yoga is the ultimate ‘Tool ‘ in the quest for achieving a Healthy & Fit mind and body and it is the perfect complement to all other forms of Fitness and training .
