Thanks for visiting my website today :-)

 My name is Adele James and I'm genuinely fascinated by all things related to Health, Fitness and Wellness. [That's me doing Yoga around Bradgate park this summer  :-) ]

I have been teaching fitness in various forms , since I was 19 years old [ I am now 46 ]

I discovered Yoga 20 years ago whilst I was  living in Tempe, Arizona and there I studied it for 18 months before returning to the UK and taking my Hatha Yoga Teachers diploma.

I really do believe it is the ultimate 'Tool ' in the quest for achieving a Healthy & Fit mind and body.
